Working Class Hero

Description

Being an adult is not easy. As work seems to pile up with age, some people resort to childhood as an escape. Others cannot afford such a luxury, but are rather forced to fight for a job, and struggle to make a living.
In this session we start by following the story of Saul, a cheery old man telling us about his first work experience in Brooklyn in the 50s. This tentative first step into the working world was even worse for Igor, who has to struggle to keep his job at the factory, where employees have become disposable elements measured only by their efficiency rate. Less worried about unemployment, but all the more concerned about finishing the job, the Spanish duo from Para Ayer, jump aboard a project in the eleventh hour and have to deal with the mounting pressure. For the employees of a Greek metal company, the solution is simple: turn working life into a game.
